Course summary
This course is aimed at non-technical audiences; although it has been found that technical audiences benefit from this at the start of more in-depth communications courses. We look at convergence and the key terms surrounding this in our industry today. The course takes us from the earliest telecoms and IP networks to the latest technologies exploring some of the modern services as well as those to come.
