• Instructor-Led Training (ILT), or classroom-based telecoms training, is ideally suited for delivering complex technical information to small groups of delegates.

  Wray Castle offers a schedule of public courses delivered at our UK training centre.  Milton Hill, Oxfordshire is easily accessible from within the UK and abroad.

  Scheduled for delivery several times a year, our public courses are particularly suited to customers with only a few people to train. To ensure an appropriate level of interaction and individual focus, the number of delegates on any course is deliberately restricted.

  We also routinely deliver telecoms courses on our customers' premises around the world. This is a particularly attractive option if you have a number of delegates to train, as it significantly reduces travel and accommodation costs and – importantly – their time away from their workplace. It is also especially appropriate if you need to customize one of our standard courses with confidential or proprietary information. The 'closed' nature of the course also enables delegates to talk more openly, and safely, about work issues.

• On-line Training  

  Online delivery offers almost limitless flexibility and choice. Among the growing range of options available from Wray Castle are Multimedia-Based Training, Virtual Classroom Training and other popular media such as podcasts. All of these products offer different capabilities and characteristics, enabling you to tailor your training to suit the different learning styles and abilities of your delegates – and the needs of your business.

  Online telecoms training may be hosted on your LMS or intranet, issued on CDs or delivered via the Internet, it is a particularly cost-effective option for training large numbers of delegates. It is also an excellent vehicle for the rapid roll-out of learning, and has the added advantage of being accessible out of hours and while delegates are away from the office.
