Wray Castle build customised training library to support Vodafone University

The Challenge

Vodafone required a comprehensive library of up-to-date learning resources covering the most sophisticated developments in telecoms network technologies to ensure that employees at all levels of experience are kept at the cutting edge of technology advances.

The training material needed to be delivered bite-sized online for easy consumption, and be accessed at a time and location that suits the individual learner to enable them to fit their learning around their schedule. The material needed to arranged into structured learning pathways to guide learners through the material with regular testing to test knowledge of the material.

The Wray Castle Solution

Our solution satisfied Vodafone’s need and features a Digital Library of over 700 individual videos and Digital Course Books hosted by Wray Castle.

The structured courses cover the key telecommunications technologies (incl. 2G-5G, Virtualisation, ORAN and eSIM) ranging from introductory courses design for non-technical job roles or those new to the industry to in-depth engineering courses for more experienced technical staff.
